Talent Design GmbH Refund Policy

  1. Right of withdrawal :
    In accordance with Swiss law, no automatic withdrawal period is applicable for purchases in stores or on the internet, unless this is specifically stated in the conditions of sale. However, Talent Design GmbH offers customers a period of 14 days to request a refund, provided that the product is unopened and in perfect condition for resale. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Exclusions from the right of return :
    The following products are not eligible for return:
    • Damaged, opened or used products.
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Services already provided or in progress.
    • Products on sale or clearance.
  3. Refund conditions :
    Refund will be issued as store credit or as a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion, within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.
  4. Processing fees :
    A processing fee of 10% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refund to cover administrative costs, unless there is an error on our part.
  5. Return of defective products :
    In case of defective or damaged product, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  6. Return of services :
    For services, any service started cannot be refunded. In case of cancellation before the start of the service, we retain a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount.
